Hilario Benzon, Manager of the Human and Civil Rights Department for the Center for Social Justice at the National Education Association, led a session to share best practices and lessons learned in having difficult conversations about race and sexual orientation with conservative fathers, uncles and other family members. This was planned during Pride Month and before Father's Day.
